PCC requires an Internet connection, both for downloading configurations and for uploading log files to an external server. But in exceptional cases (accident on the communication channel, etc.), in the absence of the Internet, the control of the observatory PCC is still required. For these purposes, we have created a local version of the PCC management system. It is no different from the standard, except that it requires a configuration file on the local computer. The local configuration file can be downloaded on the PCC settings page (Internet required). It is better to do this in advance when you have Internet access.
You also need to download the archive of the local management program (the link to the file is located below on this page), unzip it to any place. Place the previously downloaded configuration file (params.txt) in the data folder. Then open the file in the browser from the root folder of the local control system of the PCC- PowerControlCenter.html.
P.S. Before downloading the configuration file, you need to fill in the fields in the PCC configuration (Local IP address that you assign to your PCC), save this setting, and then download the configuration file.
